Medical Exams and Medical Office Visits
Some patients require a more specific exam to discuss and treat medical vision issues with our doctors.  Most of these exams are billed to medical insurance.  This may include treatment or evaluation of:   

• eye diseases like glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration, dry eye, or conditions like cataracts or flashes/floaters.
• Other issues such as viral/bacterial infections, allergies, abrasions, stys, and foreign body removal
• Special testing to diagnose and monitor specific conditions. We take pride in the amount of new technology we have invested into our practice.  See our diagnostic equipment here
• We are almost always able to work-in a patient for a medical emergency or care for sudden onset of symptoms.  Don't hesitate to call so we can discuss options. 
• We can evaluate and treat many issues that your ophthalmologist would, but we do not perform surgery.
